Mr. Bajirao Belhekar

Mr. Belhekar brings over a decade of human resources (HR) experience to his role as founder and director of Nikis Utility Services Pvt Ltd. He began his career as a landscape designer and draughtsman at architect Anand Uplekar and Associates, where he worked from 1986 to 1990. Following this, he worked at Western India Erectors (WIE) – now known as Wyler International Electronics – from 1991 to 2001, first as an HR assistant and then as an HR manager. During his tenure at WIE, Mr. Belhekar gained a deep understanding of all aspects of factory operations.

In the early 2000s, Mr. Belhekar recognized the emerging trend of outsourcing and decided to leverage his extensive HR experience to capitalize on this opportunity. He founded Nikis Green Site, which secured its first contract in 2001 with Kehin Fie, a Japanese company, to provide garden and housekeeping services. Subsequently, Mr. Belhekar secured a contract with Bilcare Ltd in 2004 to provide workers for production. In 2007, he introduced new processes at Bilcare, including KG bases in production and TON bases in logistics.

Mr. Belhekar's extensive knowledge of labor laws and commitment to adherence to regulations quickly established Nikis Green Site as a reliable outsourcing agency. This reputation led to contracts with numerous international companies, enabling the company to grow from just four employees in 2001 to over 650 by 2010. As the business continued to expand, it transitioned from a proprietorship to a private limited company and rebranded itself as Nikis Utility Services Pvt Ltd.

Today, in 2023, Nikis Utility Services Pvt Ltd employs over 2000 workers and continues to provide outstanding service to its clients, reflecting Mr. Belhekar's unwavering dedication to excellence.
